All around the world on December 6th (or December 19th by the old calendar), children wake with ANTICIPATION to see the gifts that have come in the night from SAINT NICHOLAS. They carefully placed their shoes out the night before, hoping they would be filled with chocolate gold coins, gifts, and delicious DELICACIES (something pleasing and appealing). Many stories are told about the GENEROSITY, kindness, and selflessness of St. Nicholas the WONDERWORKER as he is sometimes known. So, who is this man that so many globally still COMMEMORATE (remember, honor)?
